Owner

Lawrence Naranjo is an esteemed entrepreneur and industry professional with a strong background in renovations, restoration, and commercial remodel projects with his extensive knowledge and experience in the field. Lawrence has established himself as a reliable and trusted resource for clients seeking exceptional craftsmanship and innovative solutions. Prior to his successful career in the construction industry, Lawrence served as a raw plastic sales representative where he gained invaluable insight into the manufacturing and distributing process of plastic materials. This experience provided him with a unique perspective on the materials used in the construction industry, enabling him to make informed decisions when it comes to selecting the right materials for his project.

When Lawrence is not busy with his professional responsibilities, he eagerly plans trips and adventures for his family whether it's exploring new cities, immersing themselves in different cultures, or relaxing at home. Lawrence believes that travel broadens horizons and creates bonds that last a lifetime. From road trips to international escapades, he takes pleasure in helping his wife plan exciting itineraries that cater to the unique interests and preferences of each family member.

As a dedicated father, Lawrence understands the importance of fostering strong family connections. He actively involves his children in his travel and golf adventures, encouraging them to explore their interests and passions through these shared experiences. He aims to instill in them a sense of adventure and appreciation for different cultures, different sports, and the value of spending quality time together.

VP/Media Content Creator

Jessica Naranjo is a multitalented individual who has successfully combined her roles as a stay-at-home mom and a media content creator. With a passion for personal development, a love for her family, and a creative mindset, Jessica has found a way to make a meaningful impact through her diverse skills and experiences.

While embracing the joys and challenges of being a stay-at-home mom, Jessica recognizes the power of media content creation and sharing her knowledge and experiences with a wider audience. Leveraging her coaching skills, she transitioned into the world of media content creation to inspire and connect with others in the commercial/residential renovation and restoration world.

As a media content coordinator specializing in restoration, renovation, and commercial remodeling, Jessica plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the development and execution of media content for various projects in these industries. Her primary responsibility is to ensure that the content produced aligns with the goals, objectives, and brand identity of Efficient Renovations.

In Jessica's downtime, she is an adventurous and outdoorsy traveling mom who loves exploring the world with her family. With a passion for nature, adventure, and creating lasting memories, she thrives on discovering new destinations and immersing her loved ones in unique experiences.

Office Manager

Deneen started working as the office manager for Efficient Renovations in 2022 after working for a plastic distributor for 10 years. She and Lawrence both worked for this company. Years after he left and started with Efficient Renovations, he offered her a position to come work with him to help manage internal operations here at the company.

Deneen's family is an ASU family through and through. She would like to tell you that "she married into this" since her husband Rick attended and marched in the ASU Marching Band in the '90s. But since her son started marching for ASU and her daughter is now going to be doing Color Guard with the ASU Marching Band in 2024, she's fully into supporting ASU Football, even though she says she's just going for the pre-game and halftime show! She enjoys going to movies and looks forward to traveling more to watch her daughter perform in color guard with the Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corp and ASU in the coming years.

Renovation and Commercial Project Manager

Jose started with Efficient Renovations in May 2021. He has a background in commercial construction for 5 years prior to joining the Efficient Renovations team. He is the project manager for most of the residential remodels and some commercial and restoration projects. In his spare time, he enjoys time with the family, watching movies, working on cars, and is an avid video game player.

Restoration Project Manager

Tony recently joined Efficient Renovations in November 2023. He has over 25 years of construction experience - 15 of those years were in renovating, rehabbing, and remodeling, and the last 10 years were in restoration. Three years ago, he received his certification in Xactimate - estimating for insurance claims. Tony is the project manager for most of the restoration projects with Efficient Renovations, but you will also see him help our residential and commercial projects as well. Off work, he enjoys spending time with good friends and family.

Renovation Project Manager

Tim started Efficient Renovations in April of 2024. Being one of the newest colleagues, as a young kid, he admired becoming an architect-engineer as he took classes in high school for architecture and fell in love with it. Tim has a wide variety of backgrounds in construction and management. What started his career in construction, Tim became a journeymen contractor with Intel and moved his way up as a foreman demoing and installing semiconducting. Tim enjoys spending time with family and friends. Also enjoys staying active by going to the gym, playing pickleball, hiking, and going for runs. Loves any outdoor activities and travels anytime he can.
